Buy Malaysia campaign will start in June end
Buy Malaysia is a campaign where the Malaysian are encouraged to buy Malaysian products. The campaign will start at the end of June 2009.State Director of the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Department Awang Ahmad Khosri said the fair would also be held in Bintulu (July 30 to Aug 2) and Miri( Aug 6-8) before ending with the national-level closing ceremony in Kuching on Nov 2.The people think imported goods are better than local. The buy Malaysia campaign help the local products to boost the sale by creating awareness among people. The local products are cheaper and better in quality.There will be 100 to 150 participants, including producers of the national cars, electrical goods, furniture, clothing, food and health food, handicraft and tourism industry operators would be taking part in the campaign.
