Shipping And Returns
1- All the orders will be shipped according to the date specified by the customer, provided the order has been received on time.
2- We cover whole Malaysia through our local operation in Klang valley and with partners in other areas of Malaysia.
3- International deliveries are processed through international partners.
4- We reserve the right to change the date of shipping in case of any emergency or public holiday.
5- We take the responsibility of goods which willbe damaged in shipping process and customer will be replaced by the same quality and quatity of goods.
6- Roses or any perishable item delivery area is strictly within Klang valley due to the nature of item.
1- We will pay back 100% of the payment received if the goods order will discover faulty or damaged.
2- we do not refund on items which were purchased by the customer and self picked up.
2- We shall not be responsible for any kind of mistake done by customer in providing us wrong the recipient particulars.
3- As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is a problem. All refund request will be dealt on a case by case basis.
4- For refunds to customers due to the customers' themselves cancelling the orders, we have a transaction handling charges of 7% of the purchase price. As such refunds will be paid back to the customer at purchasing price less 7%.
